List plants in alphabetical order by family. This means your collection numbers will not be in order (unless you collected in alphabetical order!)It is not necessary to include authority (it usually doesn't fit).It doesn't matter if you type or print, as long as it is legible and the words fit within the spaces on the sheet. Please don't write in the "For TA use only" columns.
