*This is the absolute minimum configuration that it has been tested with.
It works, but very slowly.
16 Meg RAM
100 Meg hard disk space
Screen size of 1024 x 768 (any number of colors)
In either case, the more RAM you have the better. The system is not CPU
intensive but it does use a lot of memory. Just as important is the amount
of hard disk space available, the larger the collection the more hard disk
space will be used. The system does allow simple editing of the lookup
data tables (such as Collector Names, Locations, Counties, etc...) but
to manage this data in a complex way, a Database Management System is recommended.
Since the system is based on Paradox tables you should get a copy of Paradox
from Corel. MS Access can also work with the Paradox tables (or so
Windows 95, NT 4.0 or better
32 Meg RAM
200 + Meg hard disk space
120 Mhz Pentium
Screen size of 1024 x 768 or larger
Paradox 7 (or a recent version of MS Access that can read Paradox tables)
** Paradox is NOT required, just recomened.
